Well-Managed Schools (WMS) focus is to promote positive behavioral change in the Classroom and School. The workshop presents a model for teaching life skills across the academic curriculum which enables students to assume responsibility for managing their own behaviors.

Specialized Classroom Management (SCM) trains teachers, paraprofessionals, and support personnel strategies to reduce the occurrence of students' disruptive behaviors in resource or special education and alternative education programs with classrooms that are, at minimum, 70% self-contained. The workshop includes comprehensive instruction in the Social Skills Curriculum and the mechanics of a multi-level motivation system.

Administrative Intervention (AI) is designed for school personnel who are involved in the school’s referral process. This includes principals, assistant principals, counselors, and behavior interventionists. Other attendees may include team members from the school/campus staff development team. During this workshop, participants will learn effective ways to develop a school-wide discipline plan and reduce the frequency and severity of office referrals.

Safe and Healthy Secondary Schools (SHSS) is based on the Boys Town Education Model® and is designed specifically for middle and high school staff. This workshop is designed to explore and learn intervention strategies that will help build relationships, address social emotional needs of students, and foster self-control in students through social skill acquisition.

Bullying focuses on dealing with bullying in school settings. Participants in this workshop include certified staff, support staff, administrators, counselors, psychologists, school nurses, school board members, and parents. Participants will learn to apply Boys Town’s behavioral philosophy when dealing with the different types of bullying behaviors. The goal is to reduce bullying incidents and create a safer, more productive school climate.

Psychoeducational Treatment Model (PEM)® This Foundation workshop is a basic pre-service training for direct-care and administrative staff. The workshop is based on the nationally recognized Psychoeducational Treatment Model (PEM)®. PEM® is used in inpatient and outpatient child, and adolescent psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, day treatment programs and other facilities that care for youth with significant behavioral problems and disorders.

Teaching Social Skills in Schools (TSSIS) is designed to help staff learn behavioral management techniques, including observation and preparation strategies, to help prevent disruption in the classroom and promote a culture of calm. Participants will also be introduced to the ABC analysis of behavior as well as the four functions of behavior.

Common Sense Parenting (CSP)® Authorized Parent Trainer is an in-depth and comprehensive training that equips professionals within the district/campus with the knowledge, techniques, and materials to conduct CSP® classes in their communities. Participants will master the content of each of the program's six sessions as well as become proficient in using six training components ‐ review, instruction, modeling, practice, feedback, and summary.

Participants will master the content of each of the program's seven sessions as well as become proficient in using six training components ‐ review, instruction, modeling, practice, feedback, and summary.
