Consultation services are a follow-up to workshop training. Studies have indicated that “coaching” in the classroom increases the likelihood that teachers will use the skills they’ve been taught. Our goal with consultation is to encourage teachers to use what they learn and adapt those skills to meet their unique classroom needs.
- Data collection in the form of classroom, cafeteria, and hallway observations; meetings with administrators and staff; implementation surveys; office referral reviews.
- Development of intervention strategies, including a review of implementation and evaluation efforts; collaboration with administrators and staff.

- Verbal and written summaries that include data summary and analysis; intervention strategies; individualized suggestions and recommendations.
